As Interim Estate Lead, Richard developed a five year strategy for the Trust’s estate and managed the initial phases of its implementation. Delivered the rationalisation of the estate via consolidation projects and the introduction of flexible working, the securing of planning consents on surplus sites prior to disposal and advised on the transfer of the Trust’s arm’s length FM supply organisation to Serco.
