Richard acted as Interim Head of Strategy and Planning for the Department’s operational portfolio of 630 Job Centres and Health Assessment Centres, building a 5 year plan for a second phase of estate reorganisation following the end of a 20 year PFI contract in 2018. Also led 2-year acquisition programme delivering over 0.5 m sq ft of new office and operational space including major office hubs in Glasgow, Birmingham and Cardiff.
