About Us
Realign Consulting was established in 2012 by Richard Grass. He leads the consultancy, working with a network of skilled and experienced associates and other advisors helping property occupiers to align their property assets and services to meet organisational goals and objectives.
Realign works with public and private sector organisations to reduce costs, unlock value, and improve property performance and efficiency, delivering lasting value through commercial insight, technical expertise and an independent and objective approach.
Richard is a qualified chartered surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in commercial property. A regular speaker at conferences and seminars on property asset management, he was a consultee to OGC on the Operational Efficiency Programme and Steering Group member for Leaner and Greener, an influential report on asset management in local government.
